NO NIGHT OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED UNLESS THE RUNWAY AND WIND INDICATOR ARE LIT. 4. UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS ARE RESTRICTED FROM ACCESS TO THE RUNWAY DURING FLIGHT OPERATIONS. 5. TREES / OBJECTS BE CLEARED WITHIN A DISTANCE OF 125 FEET ALONG THE RUNWAY CENTERLINE AND EXTENDING 240 FEET BEYOND EACH RUNWAY END.
