Refund Policy

Aviation-honest. No tricks, no fine print.

30-day full refund

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge or your most recent annual renewal. Email refund@aerocopilot.com or use the “Request refund” button in your billing settings. Refunds post to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Medical Grounding clause (annual plans only)

If you lose your FAA medical certificate (Class 1, 2, or 3) during your annual subscription period, contact us with your medical certificate documentation and we will refund unused months on a pro-rated basis, regardless of the 30-day window. You stay a pilot; we stay honest.

After 30 days

After 30 days, your subscription is non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges — your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Your logbook, flight plans, study progress, and aircraft records stay intact in your account regardless of subscription status. Re-subscribe whenever you want and resume where you left off.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to Account → Billing → Request refund, or
  2. Email refund@aerocopilot.com with your account email and reason.

Most refunds are processed within 1 business day. Stripe posts the credit to your card within 5 business days.

Questions

If you are unsure whether you qualify, email us anyway. We read every refund request and will tell you exactly where you stand. We do not use save-prompts on the refund flow — you do not have to click through anything to get your money back.
