Part 135 charter ops,
finally built for 2026.
Quote in 30 seconds. Dispatch in one click. Stay §135-compliant by default. Built in the US, priced for operators — not enterprises.
50–65% below FL3XX • $300/AC/mo founding tier • No credit card
You didn't buy a charter certificate to babysit spreadsheets.
Three problems quietly drain every Part 135 operator we've talked to. Sound familiar?
Quote, dispatch, crew, MEL, audit, invoice — in one place.
No more bouncing between five tools and three spreadsheets. AeroCopilot Ops connects every step from inquiry to invoice — with AI doing the heavy lift in the middle.
Built around the way charter ops actually move.
From inquiry to invoice, every step. No bolted-on modules. No integration tax.

The CFR is in the code, not the wiki.
Every workflow is mapped to the regulation it satisfies. When a rule changes, we update the platform — and notify every operator on the day it takes effect.
You stay airworthy. Your POI stays happy. Your DOM stays asleep on Sunday night.

Frequently asked questions
How long does onboarding take?+
Most operators are quoting and dispatching within 5 business days. We import your fleet, crew, and existing GOM/Op-Spec config. White-glove migration is included on the Founding tier.
How does pricing compare to FL3XX or Avianis?+
Founding tier is $300 per aircraft per month, all-in. Most fleets see 50–65% savings versus FL3XX-class platforms, with AI quoting + dispatch included — not as add-ons.
Is the AI cost included?+
Yes. AI quoting, dispatch summaries, and the in-app copilot are bundled. No per-token metering, no overage bills, no surprises.
Are you a §135.63 system of record?+
Yes. Every release, crew assignment, MEL deferral, and maintenance entry is captured immutably with timestamp and signer identity. Exportable as a §135.63 evidence bundle.
Where is my data hosted?+
US-only on Railway with managed Postgres in a US region. Backups are encrypted at rest. SOC 2 Type I is in progress; we map controls to NIST 800-53 today.
What about ADS-B / flight following?+
Live flight following is built-in, sourced from public ADS-B feeds. No separate flight-tracking subscription required.
Can I keep my current scheduling vendor?+
Yes. We integrate via iCal, REST, and a growing list of native connectors (Schedaero, Avinode, Skylegs). You can run side-by-side during evaluation.
What happens after the Founding tier ends?+
Founding customers keep their pricing for 24 months from signup, even as standard pricing rises. We document this in the order form — not buried in a click-through.
