Summary

We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Empresa Brasileira de Aeronautica S.A. (Embraer) Model EMB-135BJ airplanes. This AD was prompted by a determination that more restrictive fuel limitations are needed. This AD requires revising the maintenance or inspection program to incorporate new compliance times and fuel limitations.
