Straight answers, no marketing fog.
What charter operators actually ask before they sign — answered directly.
How long does migration from FL3XX/Avianis/Schedaero take?
White-glove migration in 14 days. We import your aircraft, crew, deferrals, and active flight plans. Your dispatchers shadow our team for week 1, then run independently with our support on standby.
Is my data US-hosted?
Yes. All data lives on US-East infrastructure (Railway). No EU or APAC replication. Tech E&O insurance covers data handling.
What CFR sections does AeroCopilot enforce automatically?
8 sections: 135.63, 135.65, 135.155, 135.267, 135.293, 135.299, 135.341, 135.415. See the full list at /charter-ops/compliance.
How does pricing compare to FL3XX?
Public pricing is 50–65% below FL3XX list. Founding customer offer ($300/AC/mo) is even better for early adopters. We don't have enterprise procurement teams to support, so we don't price like we do.
What if my chief pilot resists change?
That's the silent killer of every ops software rollout. We provide a structured 14-day onboarding with chief pilot involvement from day 1. Pilot-first UX (not dispatcher-first) ensures buy-in.
Do you support Part 91 or Part 91K operators?
Yes, with the same engine. The 135-specific compliance gates are configurable. Currently focused on Part 135, but Part 91K (fractionals) is a near-term roadmap item.
Is there an API?
REST API in beta. Currently used for ADS-B feed integration. Public docs coming Q2.
What's your uptime SLA?
99.5% monthly availability (about 3.5 hours downtime/month). Status page at https://www.aerocopilot.ai/status. SOC 2 Type 1 in progress.
