About these limits

  • §135.267(a) — 8 hours of flight time in any 24 consecutive hours for an unaugmented crew.
  • §135.267(b) — 34 hours of flight time in any 7 consecutive days.
  • §135.265(a) — 500 hours per calendar quarter, 800 hours per two consecutive quarters, and 1,400 hours per calendar year (scheduled ops).
  • §117.21 — Supplemental flight time limits for flag operations: 60 hours in 7 days, 190 hours in 28 days.
