ADS-B Traffic

ADS-B Out broadcasts of position, altitude, velocity and identification. Advisory situational awareness only — not a certified traffic alerting system and not equivalent to TCAS or TIS-B. Coverage comes from a volunteer ground-receiver network and is incomplete at low altitude and in remote terrain; aircraft not required to carry ADS-B Out under 14 CFR 91.225 may not appear at all.

What we ingest

State vectors for aircraft in view of the OpenSky receiver network, polled on a 60-second cycle. Upstream position resolution is 5 seconds authenticated, 10 seconds anonymous.

Where this feed reaches

A region on this list means we fetch it. It is not a promise of station density: a listed region can still have sparse or no reporting sites near a given airport. Where a feed does not reach a region at all, this page says so instead of showing an empty panel.
