What we ingest
High and low tide predictions for 5 featured CO-OPS stations — four on the Gulf Coast and one at San Francisco — chosen for the offshore helideck check. Coastal wind, air and water temperature and barometric pressure come from the 3 of those 5 that belong to the CO-OPS meteorological network, and observed water level from the 4 that publish it; none of the five offers a visibility sensor, so visibility is not part of this feed. CO-OPS publishes 3,499 tide-prediction stations and 315 meteorological stations (both measured 2026-08-20); we ingest these five, and no station outside the continental coastline is in this feed.

A region on this list means we fetch it. It is not a promise of station density: a listed region can still have sparse or no reporting sites near a given airport. Where a feed does not reach a region at all, this page says so instead of showing an empty panel.
